About Pareto Law Plc
Established in 1995 by Managing Directors, Jonathan Fitchew and Andy Sawer, Pareto Law takes its name from
Vilfredo Pareto’s 80:20 principle. This economic law stated that
80% of Italy’s wealth was owned by a mere 20%. Putting this theory
into business practice, Pareto Law believe that 80% of a company’s
business will be generated by 20% of the sales team.
Pareto Law is the UK’s largest and most successful graduate
assessment, placement and training organisation. We have provided
leading companies throughout the UK with a unique and effective
approach to recruitment and business development.
In 2008 Pareto Law won the Times
sponsored Sales Recruitment Agency of the Year at the
prestigious National Sales Awards. The award is testimonium to
Pareto's success in the field of graduate recruitment and
training.
In 2008 Pareto was acquired by Randstad the world’s 2nd
largest recruitment services companies and is a full-service
recruitment provider with a diversified portfolio of brands
targeting a broad range of industry sectors.

For Clients
Using the Pareto Law method we save clients the time and cost of
ploughing through hundreds of applications, most of which are
totally unsuitable.
Our technique means we get the right people from the outset. The
graduates with the right attitude; those that clients would be
unlikely to find otherwise. Of the hundreds that apply, many fall
at the first fence. Others are rejected at the telephone interview
stage.
Those who pass the telephone interview will make it onto our
assessment day. Here we use a range of proven techniques including
panel interviews, psychometric testing and group activities to find
the chosen few.
