
Sam Field joined Pareto Law in October 2004 as a Trainee,
when the Leeds office first opened its doors.
He quickly progressed to Account Manager, Senior Account
Manager, and subsequently Sales Manager in 2006.
In 2007 he took the decision to progress his career further by
purchasing the Leeds and East Midlands franchises, and in 2008
expanded further through the acquisition of the Birmingham
franchise.
After a successful two years as a business owner within the
Pareto franchise network, facing very different challenges, he
accepted a role as Regional Director in the Pareto Law core
business in October 2009 continuing, with his staff based in Leeds,
his commitment to clients and candidates in the Midlands and North
East.
Outside of work, Sam is a keen sportsman, having represented
Loughborough University and played sports, predominantly with a
ball, to a high level both in the UK and abroad. Above all in
importance, however, are his relationships with family and friends,
ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
His aim in life is to be as successful as possible, as quickly
as possible; both in his professional and personal lives, whilst
having pride not only in the end result, but the way in which those
goals were reached.
