No previous experience? Don’t worry as a leading sales training
company Pareto can provide you with all the skills needed to be
successful in your role. You will spend the first 6 weeks of your
career learning the skills of the job in our Academy alongside
other new recruits. During this intensive training programme you
will learn everything you need to know about the business from who
is who to how to sell our products. The Academy is followed with
regular workshops, additional training and of course consistent
support, coaching and mentoring to help you grow and develop in
your role.

Graduate Manager
Salary starting at £19,000(Outside
London) £20,000(London) plus commission, full training,
progression/career path and great incentives such as company
holidays abroad for the graduate managers fulfilling
targets.
Key Roles:
- Recruiting – interviewing graduates applying for positions with
Pareto clients
- Assessment Days – attend and participate in all aspects of our
assessment days
- Assessment Day Management – liaising with other departments to
ensure the smooth running of assessment days
- Graduate Management - managing graduates through the
recruiting
- Graduate Fairs – representing the company at Graduate
