 Here are just a few success stories from candidates we have placed... 

Michelle Crawford After signing up with Pareto I got a job in sales with a software IT reseller.  Although a small company, they were ambitious and fast growing and I stayed with them for 6 years.  I moved from sales into more of a business development role and then marketing, finally being responsible for the marketing across EMEA and had three people reporting to me.
Ivan Benedetti In 2007 I was placed in a multi-national IT broker by Pareto Law and undertook a junior account managing role under superviosion/training of a fellow italian/spanish speaking senior manager. I managed to be promoted to a full (unsupervised) account managing role within a year (may 2008) thanks to my commitment and achievement of all targets. I worked there passionatly opening over 52 accounts in that year, easily exceeding my targets.
