Through our assessment and training programme only the very best graduates are selected, matched to your company and trained to the highest standard, to ensure their potential turns into genuine results for your business.

 

Strategic Marketing

From the beginning Pareto works with every client to understand their culture, roles and the specific needs for every opportunity.  The understanding from the start allows Pareto to implement a strategic marketing plan through universities, jobs boards, online marketing and email marketing to attract the correct volume and calibre of candidate.

 

Assessment

Pareto Law receive 1000s of applications every week from graduates actively seeking an opportunity within sales. All applicants are telephone interviewed and those demonstrating the initial qualities and communication skills are invited to one of our assessment centres. At the assessment centre, candidates undergo a rigorous process designed to identify those who have the potential to become your next sales superstars. The process is centred around confidence, influence and verbal communication skills.

 

Placement

As a Pareto Law Client you will have a dedicated account manager, who as part of their role, will have visited you and your organisation to gain a clear understanding about your business and the specific requirements you have. With this information: for every position you have, they will hand select a maximum of three graduates. Because the assessment is a three way process we have a deeper understanding of both your business and our candidates, ensuring three interviews are enough to find the perfect employee for you.
