Matt’s trajectory since starting his career in sales has been notable, he is now Head of Sales for the Sovereign Beverage Company. Following promotion, he brought on a team of graduates straight from university, he then built up their skill sets and created a solid foundation for their careers.

Rob, Director at Converge, undertook a project 4 years ago that defined his career. He built a brand new business in the EMEA region- starting with no employees and zero revenue.In June 2016 the business had over 250 direct, repeat-subscription customers, generating over $5m per year in revenue and resulting in the addition of 4 new team members.
Sarah HengeveldDivisional Sales Manager
Sarah Hengeveld achieved a fantastic promotion at age 25 to manage a team of 13. Following this, at age 27, Sarah was headhunted to run a start-up – turning over half a million in 18 months.Watch my story
