Pareto found my first position in sales. I stayed at that
company for one year before I thought it was time to move on. I
moved to an IT total solutions provider in the City. During my
interview I mentioned Pareto and the assessment day process. The
interviewing Directors were instantly impressed and had heard of
Pareto. I fully believe the fact that I came through Pareto helped
me secure that position.
I have recently been offered a new position at a large Global IT
company. During the interview process I again mentioned that I came
through Pareto and again the interviewing Director was impressed
and had a good knowledge of Pareto. He also said he had sat through
one of the assessment days as an employer so knows what I would
have had to do to become a Pareto candidate.
I think my experiences show that Pareto doesn't just help get that
first position, the reputation Pareto has built around only placing
candidates that have great potential means that having once been a
Pareto candidate holds a lot of weight and can help secure future,
more senior positions.
