Salary: OTE £25,125.00 (yr 2 OTE £40K)
£20K basic, £1K bonus (mth 6), mthly travel allowance £437.50 (mth
7 onwards), commission (£1.5K expected).

A unique opportunity has arisen for a target driven university
graduate or person of graduate calibre to join a leading
organisation.
Our client, working in the technology market place, is the market
leader in emergency communication systems.
Part of a dynamic graduate sales team you will take part in a
comprehensive training programme designed specifically for graduate
sales people. The training programme lasts for twelve months with
the first six months at their head office in Derby. During this
time you will go through an in depth internal and external
induction and training programme, gaining a greater understanding
of the organisation, product knowledge and develop sales skills
from negotiation to presenting and closing.
Following the 6 month training stage you will become a Junior Sales
Consultant! You will then move back to your own territory in the
South East and you will start managing accounts in a field sales
position. You will continue to receive internal and external
training where required, alongside support from the Sales Director.
You will be meeting with prospects, building and managing
relationships, negotiating and successfully acquiring new
customers.
After month 12 you will become a fully fledged Sales Consultant –
with a £2K rise in base salary and a year 2 OTE of £40K.
For this role we are looking for graduates that are educated to
degree level or equivalent with a hardworking and professional
attitude. You need excellent verbal communication skills with the
ability to communicate confidently with people at senior management
level, passion and a determination to forge a successful career in
sales!
