A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a Sales Training Consultant with Pareto Law, the UKs leading Sales Development Organisation, which was recently voted the “Top Small Company to Work for” by The Times. Not only do we continue to grow year on year throughout all our offices in the UK, we work with a range of clients, from SMEs to global blue chips. Established for 15 years and the winner of multiple awards from the National Sales Awards and BESMAs for the quality of our training proposition, we are looking to grow our training team with experienced, energetic, and driven sales trainers with a strong background in selling. This role will focus strongly around selling, developing training solutions and delivering training.

We are an ISMM Recognised Training Centre, working in partnership with the ISMM, the only membership body recognised by the UK government regulatory body Ofqual.

The Role / Sales Trainer
o Sales training and leadership development for bespoke work
o Design and delivery of innovative and engaging sales training solutions
o Improve performance and provide tangible return on investment from our clients
o Engage with clients to develop and implement their training needs – analysis/audit processes to evaluate present and future learning plans.

The Person
o Proven background in B2B or B2C sales
o Proven experience within the training arena and demonstration of the sales cycle
o Excellent training skills and able to display sales successes
o Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and planning skills
o Full understanding of the sales processes
o Advantageous but not essential: CIPD / NLP / Coaching accredited
