According to Pernille Bruun-Jensen, managing director of global small business at Intuit UK, it is "necessary" for employers to have the skills they need to promote their products from their staff. US market analysts the Aberdeen Group recently found that firms which continue to put money into sales training courses for their employees are the ones leading the way during the recession.
