Graduates could consider temping as job solution Graduate job hunters trying to navigate the notoriously tricky degree-level job market may be interested to hear that employers are starting to turn to temporary recruitment as a way of brining in talent immediately.

The latest Badenoch & Clark Talent spotlight suggests that employers who had previously implemented far-reaching recruitment freezes during the height of the recession may be beginning to hire again, by using temps.

Neil Wilson, managing director at the firm, said: "Many are finding temp-to-perm arrangements a convenient way of bring in resource quickly while also taking a long-term view.

"Demand for professional staff in banking and financial services continues to grow as the sector races ahead to resource up. The pick up in banking and financial services recruitment is being reflected in the legal profession as well."
