Graduate job hunters may be interested to hear that a recruitment fair is being held in Southampton this week aimed at pairing employers with potential candidates and helping university leavers with their CVs, the Daily Echo reports. The fair will feature CV clinics from Next Step, who offer expert advice on graduates' resumes, stalls of employers in the retail and healthcare sectors while Graduate Jobs South, a firm who aid university leavers in finding employment, will also be available for talks. Liz George, Southampton Solent University's careers manager, told the paper: "The Daily Echo jobs fair is a great place for students and graduates to explore their future." Annie Martin, who works for Next Step added that the group would be on hand to help with CV "design, layout and content to get your relevant skills highlighted to an employer straight away". Southampton Solent University is joined by the University of Southampton in making the south of England an attractive destination for students and people looking for new careers.
