A sales manager in Barrow has enthused about the high level of satisfaction he gets from his work. Mark Gaitskill told the North-West Evening Mail that that he had found the "perfect career" in sales, explaining that he never could have imagined how happy he is in his job. Clear career progression and strong promotion opportunities were some of the top benefits of working in sales, he suggested. "Starting off on the phones selling, then getting promoted to team leader after one year and then getting promoted to sales manager after two years was an excellent opportunity for me," he remarked. "There is no better feeling than seeing people hit targets and reminding them of the income they are earning."
