Recruitment Agencies Seeing the Need to grow in Social Network MarketingThe use of online recruitment has increased the opportunities been offered to graduate job hunters

Online recruitment has increased dramatically since the recession and it is helping to improve the job prospects for recent graduates as the hiring of graduate personnel is improving.

According to the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) survey, the number of graduate job vacancies will rise by 3%. PwC are the UK’s top graduate recruiter for the seventh year in a row with an intake of 420 interns over the course of 2011.

Director of recruitment at PwC Sonja Stockton said "The growth of internships has shifted the competitive front line for employers in identifying Britain's next generation of business talent."

Recruiters are turning to online recruitment to sort between the onslaughts of graduate applications and to better target the top graduates that are seeking graduate jobs. Using online testing technology and assessment centres, allows companies to target the top graduates more efficiently and reduce lengthy recruitment procedures and costs.
