Graduate recruitment and sales training specialist Pareto Law is
celebrating after one of the company’s graduates Jonathan Beagles
of Virgin Media Business was awarded New Sales Professional of the
Year at the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing
Awards (BESMA’s). 
Organised by The Institute of Sales &
Marketing Management (ISMM), the annual BESMAs represent the UK’s
highest level of recognition for outstanding achievement in the
sales and marketing industry.
Jonathan of Virgin Media Business,
placed in October 2009, was announced
winner of New Sales Professional of the Year which is testament to
the approach to sales recruitment and sales training that Pareto
takes.
Pareto's Helen Boothby was also awarded runner
up in the Sales Trainer of the Year category and cements Pareto’s
stance as the UK’s leading sales training and development
company.
Finally, Pareto’s Sales Director Mark Lendon
was awarded runner up in the Sales Director of the Year
category.
The prestigious award comes on the back of another Pareto
graduate Rebecca Thompson of Hitachi Data Systems who won the
Newcomer of the Year at the National Sales Awards cementing Pareto
as the leading assessment and training of new sales talent in the
