Avaya Pareto Connection Graduate Recruitment Programme to Support
Resellers
Communications company Avaya has teamed up with leading graduate
recruitment and training specialist Pareto Law to support their UK
resellers by finding and training graduate sales professionals with
specialist knowledge of the telecoms sector.
The Avaya-Pareto Connection initiative is funded by Avaya and
aims to provide the reseller with graduates trained in the art of
sales and business development while at the same time giving the
new recruits a thorough grounding in the technologies and business
applications around IP telephony and converged voice and data
services.
The selection process involves bespoke assessment days jointly
managed by Pareto Law and Avaya. Successful candidates are then
placed with Avaya and other business partners for their training
programme which culminates in an accreditation exam
