Pareto Law Announces New East Midlands Franchise
Graduate recruitment and sales training specialist Pareto Law has
signed a franchise agreement with
Sam Field
and Ray Qudos for the existing Leeds and new East Midlands & Milton Keynes
franchise offices.
The deal will see Field and Qudos direct the future growth and
development of the two offices, with turnover for year one targeted
at £900,000.
Sam Field has worked at Pareto in Leeds since 2004, and has
already seen great success in providing recruitment and training
services to Yorkshire companies including Software Box, Trustmarque
Solutions and Minorplanet, while Ray Qudos brings over 10 years of
recruitment expertise, including running his own consultancy.
Initially both regions will be directed from the existing Leeds
office. The Leeds franchise covers an area stretching from York to
Huddersfield and Doncaster; while the new East Midlands &
Milton Keynes franchise will cover Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire,
Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the borough of Milton
Keynes.
Commenting on the new franchise agreement Ray Qudos said: “This

establishing Pareto as a major recruiter in both regions.

Pareto Law is the UK’s leading graduate assessment, placement
and training organisation, recruiting some 1400 graduates a year
for sales and marketing positions with clients such as
Computacenter, Whyte & Mackay and Johnson & Johnson.
