ntl:Telewest Business Appoints 13 Pareto Graduates to Support Business Growth


ntl:Telewest Business, part of the Virgin Media Group, has recruited 13 graduates through Pareto Law, to help support their sales growth.

The graduates will all be based at ntl:Telewest Business’ Sheffield offices, joining either the company’s Small & Medium Business or Corporate teams, with a focus on building neGraduate Sales Jobsw business from both sectors.

To select the right graduates for the roles Pareto Law hosted a bespoke assessment day for ntl:Telewest Business, specially designed to assess individual skills and personalities and match them to the requirements of the company.  Over 45 graduates attended the assessment day, with ntl:Telewest Business representatives working with Pareto to select the successful 13.

Pareto Law will now deliver 15 days of sales training to the graduates, with the training providing a comprehensive introduction to the sales skills needed for their roles, including four days of coaching.

Lee added: “We’ve recruited a number of Pareto graduates in the past, all of whom have excelled within our business environment.  This success, combined with Pareto’s tailored approach to assessment and training, gave us the confidence to invest on a larger scale, supporting two key sectors for our business.”
