Pareto Law’s head office moves to Pareto House – a new £5m purpose
built office block in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The Pareto House
complex features office space for 120 
staff, three state-of-the-art training suites with
capacity to host up to 60 delegates per day and onsite 20-bedroom
guest lodgings.
The company, which is the UK’s leading
graduate recruitment and sales training specialist, has regenerated
land surrounding the derelict George & Dragon pub in Wilmslow
to create a modern, airy office and training centre to support its
continued growth. The existing pub has been transformed into
boutique accommodation which incorporates contemporary design with
unique features from the building’s 230 year heritage.
Jonathan Fitchew, joint managing director of
Pareto Law, said: “Our business has grown rapidly over the last few
years and as a result we simply out grew our existing head
office. With the expansion of both our recruitment and
training services we needed to move to a larger, more flexible
working environment.
We looked at numerous options before taking on
a building project but nothing offered the space and functionality
we needed. The George & Dragon site, only a short
distance from our existing head office, provided the ideal solution
allowing us to invest in our home town, regenerate a local landmark
and create a tailor made office development to meet our business
requirements.
