Perferct 10!

Pareto Law celebrates 10 years of success in December, as companies
across the UK and Ireland are seeing their revenues multiply by
following the Pareto method, based on bright, driven, graduates
combined with professional sales training.
Over the next twelve months, with our Perfect 10 campaign, we
will be launching a range of programmes and incentives to spread
the word that graduates are good for business growth. Look out for
more details in our next e-letter.
The formula that has worked so well over the last 10 years is
based on a simple yet effective principle: take graduates with good
degrees and train them in the art of selling. Then graft onto that
model a range of sales and communication skills training programmes
that help both Pareto graduates and more experienced members of the
sales team develop.
More and more graduates are realising that sales is not only a
well-paid career but also one of the proven routes to senior
management or entrepreneurial success. Client companies have seen
that enthusiastic graduates with no pre-conceived ideas or indeed
fears are a great way to win new business.
Founders and current joint MDs Jonathan Fitchew and Andrew Sawer
knew the proposition would be met with scepticism at first: "We had
the benefit of having both built businesses based on young,
enthusiastic graduates that we then trained in our ways. What they
lacked in knowledge of our sector - which at the time was telecoms
- they made up for in attitude." said Fitchew.
"When asked to pitch to a senior director of a FTSE100 company
our graduates say: "Give me their number." The difference between
yesterday's sales people and Pareto graduates is that they have
been pre-selected to be the best - only one in 20 make it through
our selection process- then trained to give them the skills to
succeed," said Sawer.
The company now has offices in London, Cheshire, Leeds,
Birmingham and Surrey and over 750 graduates were placed in the
last year alone.
