Promotion to Directorship for Pareto Graduate
Graduate recruitment and training specialist, Pareto Law has
promoted Sales Manager Arron Taylor to the position of Business
Development Director.
Based at Pareto’s head office in Wilmslow, Cheshire, Arron’s new
role will see him manage existing client relationships and take on
new business growth for the company, generating additional business
opportunities and helping develop the training arm of the Pareto
business.
A graduate of Business Ecomonics, Arron also holds a Masters
degree in International Economics and joined Pareto in 1999 as a
Trainee Account Manager, quickly progressing through the ranks with
promotions to Account Manager and Sales Manager.
Commenting on his new role, Arron said: “The promotion to
directorship marks a real milestone in my career and I am delighted
to achieve this at Pareto Law. The company has a fantastic ethos
and I am extremely passionate about the concept we work with, which
nurtures the next generation of talent. I get a lot of job
satisfaction from seeing our graduates develop successful careers
in sales and am looking forward to playing a larger part in the
company’s continued growth.”
