Pareto Law Training
Consultant Achieves Industry Recognised Certificate in Training
Practice
Qualification
Pareto Law Training Consultant Leanne Chamberlain is celebrating
with a distinction in CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (CTP)
accreditation.
As the most widely recognised qualification for training
professionals, the CTP works to build knowledge, understanding and
expertise in the identification, delivery and evaluation of
learning, development and training needs.
The achievement will further strengthen the company’s position in
the training industry, and reflect the professional and credible
service it offers to a growing range of clients in sectors ranging
from IT and property, to FMCG and pharmaceuticals.
Leanne commented on her success, “To receive my CTP qualification
and be awarded a distinction, the highest mark available, is a
milestone in my career and I feel very proud with the achievement
both for myself and Pareto Law.”
Shelley Gallagher, head of training at Pareto Law, says: “The CTP
is respected across the industry and I am delighted with Leanne’s
success. The qualification underlines Pareto’s continual commitment
to develop employees’ skills and improve client services to ensure
we adhere to best practice and modern theory in all aspects of
training evaluation and delivery.”
