Trevor Gears up for Growth
Trevor Yoxall has joined Pareto Law as general manager with a
remit to introduce new management structure and information systems
to support the next phase of the company's growth.
"We have some ambitious plans to open new offices around the
country and develop an even closer customer focus," said
Trevor.
"What does that mean in practical terms? We will increasingly
look to deliver a variety of products to meet the client's needs
beyond our core offering of graduate recruitment. More emphasis
will be placed on assessment of the customer's requirements and
tailoring programmes to suit their needs. One example of this might
be surrogate selling where we run an outsourced sales team for a
specific fixed term project," he added.
Trevor joins Pareto after holding a number of successful
positions in financial and corporate management in a variety of
sectors, latterly in the plastics recycling industry. He is strong
on management information systems to help refine branded offerings
to key target market segments.
Joint managing director Andrew Sawer commented: "We have gone
from zero to £5 million turnover with a fairly flat,
entrepreneurial structure. If we are to meet our clients service
level expectations and our own growth plans over the next five
years we need to introduce tiered management and better business
information systems. That's Trevor area of expertise and we wish
him well in his new position."
