Eleri Gibbon
Eleri Gibbon is a perfect example of the sort of long and
lucrative career that the Pareto Law process leads to. Originally
placed by Pareto Law in 2001 into a Telesales role with a large
international anti-virus software manufacturer, after three
successful years Eleri moved to prestigious Pareto Law client
Computer Associates as Sales Manager, where she currently manages a
successful team of nine.
Pareto Law training consolidation
While in her telesales role, Eleri was able to consolidate the
training she received from Pareto Law and develop her skills in
this area, enabling her to empathise with her current team members
and pass on her own knowledge and expertise.

them on the phones to find and win new business and driving revenue
through them to achieve our targets."
Road to independence and success
Like many Pareto Law graduates, Eleri relocated from home to
secure the role that she had been offered: "Having been a graduate,
moving away from Wales was a huge initial challenge for me but I
was determined to make a career for myself. Within weeks I had
settled in, made new friends and knew the area. Soon enough I
developed self-motivation and became more self-confident and sure
of my role, using the Pareto Law training to understand the sales
and become successful.
