Kasia Motel

Having graduated from Southampton Business school with a 2:1 in
Marketing, like many other graduates Kasia Motel was unsure which
career path to take. Despite feeling torn between applying for
marketing or sales positions, Kasia finally decided that a career
in sales would be more rewarding. Three years on, Kasia is a
Regional Sales Manager and has never looked back.

From Internal Sales to Regional
Sales Manager
Kaisa believes that the best way to succeed in sales is to know
every aspect of the sales process. Consequently she has progressed
from an internal sales position, to account manager and now a
regional sales manager for Wyse Technology EMEA.
Looking After the Major Players

have promised myself that I would be on double my current salary by
