The Role - Graduate Trainee Business Generation Executive

This role is key in developing new named business opportunities for our Direct Sales teams and requires the ability to identify potential sales opportunities and customer "problems" for the Progress Portfolio of solutions.

Working on a range of target accounts -including FT/Forbes top 500 companies- you will map out organisation needs, issues and structure, identifying key players and decision makers; talk to all levels of the organisation about the business challenges around their current systems and identify opportunities for the Direct Sales team. This will result in booking highly qualified appointments for sales managers. Additionally, you will provide support in following up leads from marketing campaigns using them as opportunities to understand and develop sales opportunities.

For this graduate sales opportunity we are looking for graduates that are educated to degree level or above, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must along with drive, ambition and a determination to forge a successful career in sales!
