2. Telephone Interview
Once your interest has been registered, you will receive a
competency based telephone interview.
3. Assessment Day
If you pass the telephone interview
you will then be invited to an assessment day held on the 2nd
December at Pareto's London Office. The assessment centre
has been designed to find those individuals with core sales
competencies to fit the Ethicon Endo-Surgery role
4. Secure Your Commercial Career
Once successful you will start your new career as a Trainee
Territory Manager for Ethicon Endo-Surgery on 14th February
2011.
5. Training
Once in place you will receive ongoing learning and
development. This includes an initial induction held at
Johnson & Johnson's Pinewood HQ as well as a 4 week training
programme held in the USA .
