Meet Andy Wiles, Regional Sales Director for Pareto.

Before Pareto.

Andy graduated with a degree in English from Southampton University before spending a brief stint in Council Tax at South Somerset District Council to pay for his travels. On returning to life in the UK, Andy was looking for a career that would satisfy his enjoyment of dealing with people and competitive nature. A school friend recommended Pareto.

From the outset, Andy recognised Pareto as a fun, dynamic and fast-paced place to work and immediately knew that this was where he wanted to launch his graduate career.

The Pareto Journey.

Andy joined Pareto in August 2004 as a Trainee, beginning in the old ‘dining room’-style London office. His natural inclination towards selling saw him rapidly progress into a full sales role, responsible for winning and developing his own clients, before moving up into a Business Development Manager role.  From here, Andy chose to move into the Management side of things and was given responsibility for developing a team in our London office, a challenge he successfully manoeuvred before moving North to our Wilmslow office and doing the same again from Head Office.  As of January 2013, Andy took on a role as Regional Director, with responsibility for both the Wilmslow sales team and also for our Leeds sales team, supporting our Sales Manager in this office.

Amongst Andy’s highlights during his time at Pareto are being a finalist for Sales Newcomer of the Year at the National Sales Awards and also for being both Sales Person of the Year and, in 2012, Sales Manager of the Year within Pareto.


Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife (Hannah) and son (Noah), whilst having a passion for football and most other sports.  His greatest claim to fame is being bought a drink by Paris Hilton whilst travelling in Australia.
