Having led a high performance team at Pareto for the past four years, Bryn combines his primary responsibility for sales with the delivery of consultative training in the UK and abroad, including facilitating a conference in New York every year for the past 5 years on behalf of financial advisory firm, Duff and Phelps. Bryn also has extensive experience in running sales assessment centres for clients across a vast range of industry sectors, with a highly focused approach to driving long term performance improvement, ensuring that results are both measurable and sustainable.
