1. The Application
Complete the Marsh Graduate
Development Programme 2013 application
form, and provide a CV with a 300 word
submission on "Why I want to work for Marsh".
2. Telephone Interview
Once your interest has been
registered, you will receive a competency based telephone
interview.
3. Assessment Day
If you pass the telephone interview
you will be invited to an assessment centre which will
take place in March 2013. The graduate assessment centres have
been designed to find the very best of the UK's graduates with the
competencies needed to succeed within Marsh.
4. Secure Your Marsh
Career
Once successful you will start the
Graduate Development Programme in October 2013.
5. Training
Once in place you will receive full internal and external
training along with a mentoring scheme to help you develop into the
business leaders of the future.
