Applications for the Marsh
Graduate Development Programme 2013 are now closed.
1. The Application
Complete the Marsh
Graduate Development Programme 2013 application
form, and provide a CV with
a 300 word submission on "Why I want to work for Marsh".
2. Pre-screen Call
If your application meets the
requirements you will receive a short phone call within 28 days of
your application. This call will assess you for your impact
and influence, verbal communication and focus on the Marsh Graduate
Development Programme.
3. Telephone Interview
Upon success through the
pre-screen call a competency based telephone interview will be
scheduled and conducted within 28 days.
4. Verbal and Numerical Reasoning
Test
If you pass the telephone interview you
will need to complete a test comprising of 5 individual sets
of questions that are designed to measure fluid and crystalised
intelligence to give an indication of likely responses to
training.
5. Assessment Day
In the next stage is you
will be invited to an assessment centre which will take
place in March 2013. The graduate assessment centres have been
designed to find the very best of the UK's graduates with the
competencies needed to succeed within Marsh.
6. Final Stage Assessment Day
You will be invited to attend an Assessment Day on
21st March 2013 at Marsh’s Head Office in Tower
Hill. This will be a day of interview-based assessments
7. Final Interviews
You will be invited back to Marsh’s Head Office for final
interviews with the CEO and HR Director for Marsh UK
8. Secure Your Marsh
Career
Once successful you will start the
Graduate Development Programme in September 2013.
9. Training
Once in place you will receive full internal and external
training along with a mentoring scheme to help you develop into the
business leaders of the future.
