Providing ongoing support and development is
key to Marsh and therefore a mentoring scheme sits at the heart of
the Graduate Development Programme.
From day one you will be assigned a
Marsh mentor enabling you to gain direct access and advice.
Mentors provide a support network to ensure you maintain momentum
and progress in your new career.
In addition to this direct
support you will be assigned a Pareto buddy to give further
guidance and help as you start your new career.
