Learning and Development
We work with a team of specialist training experts who have created
the 2013 Marsh Graduate Development Programme. This is a structured
programme to provide you with an intense and comprehensive
introduction to the multi-dimensional world of risk and its
management.
From day one, the programme will
support, guide and develop you to reach your maximum potential. The
training will combine on the job learning and blended
learning. The development structure is tailored, unique and
most importantly outcome driven. In addition to the
core programme Marsh actively encourages it's people to
further themselves. We offer the opportunity for our

CIMA, leadership development, core business skills, high potential
