Four Steps to Success!


We are committed to investing in our people and firmly believe training and development is a key priority in developing individual potential to the full.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme focuses on four concise steps, which include a combination of training and hands on practical experience through a wide range of resources, from online and instructor-led training through to specific work based assignments and one-to-one coaching.

From day one you will be assigned a role in the business unit. During your first few months you will receive a company induction programme providing you with a clear overview about our business and robust technical training around our products and services. In addition we will also provide you with the fundamental skills to give you the best possible start to your career, understand the importance of personal responsibility and be part of driving the business forward.

As you progress we will help you to understand your role in the Marsh value chain and how your day-to-day tasks link to our business goals and vision; in addition, you will appreciate the value of developing relationships and strategies for thinking creatively.

Finally, we will ensure that throughout the two years you will have access to a strong support network that includes your line manager, dedicated mentors and our experienced training team.
