Josh Edwards

Josh, one of our Training Consultants at Pareto, has worked his way through the industry
to get to where he is today. Having joined Pareto Law, straight from university, he has had full exposure to every aspect of the business from sales to management. Josh was promoted quickly to National Head of Graduate Management after gaining success in his previous roles. This involved him working directly with both senior management and HR functions (of large to small organisations) to ensure Pareto’s services met their desired requirements.

During this part of Josh’s career he worked with over 600 clients, in a number of different industries – from construction to pharmaceuticals, and on a Global scale in America, Singapore and throughout Europe. Whilst Josh worked a lot with external clients, he also introduced an induction training scheme and a process for both development and progression for all new sales starters at Pareto. This ran alongside the teams he managed, across the country, to ensure each individual reach their full potential.
