Late in 2008, the Directors at Handle clearly recognised that
2009 would prove a testing year and agreed a strategic plan to
strengthen their business and increase market share. To enable them
to do this, and to have the most effective outcome, they planned
streamlining and most importantly up-skilling all employees.
