Lynda is passionate about learning and development. She has accumulated a wealth of experience as a trainer, enabling her to support, develop and coach individuals at all stages of their careers. Lynda’s particular area of expertise is the promotion of the customer experience as a differentiator, leading to her being recognised as a cultural and behavioural change agent with extensive understanding of people development. Having enjoyed a successful and rewarding career within the Financial Services environment and the Public Sector, Lynda has also previously been appointed as a Sector Coach to drive customer-oriented services and led projects in association with KPMG and the Learning and Skills Improvement Service.
