A CIPD qualified trainer, Steve has extensive sales and sales training experience, with a vast range of clients across diverse industries within the UK and overseas. His expertise spans across the entire sales cycle, from needs analysis and design through to evaluation and accreditation. Steve has led the design and implementation of large-scale training projects and change initiatives, working with senior sales directors to design new sales modules and structures. His delivery style is engaging and energetic, underpinned by a passion for learning and sales. In addition to his CIPD qualification, Steve is also a qualified coach and a NLP practitioner, certifications that are supplemented by the attainment of an MBA in 2008.
