Grad to Great 2016

Since 1995 our team has been finding and placing amazing graduates into their first sales roles around the globe. We realised that so many of these graduates had gone on to achieve incredible accolades in the world of sales.

Whether that was founding their own companies, becoming CEOs or MDs or winning international sales awards. So, In 2016 we launched our first ever Grad to Great awards ceremony to congratulate a selection of those we had placed on their successes. We think you'll agree, the turnout was pretty spectacular. Grad to Great 2017

After the success of our first Grad to Great Ceremony, we realised we had the opportunity to say well done to so many more fantastic graduates that had come through the Pareto process. We opened up for yearly nominations to invite yet more remarkable sales professionals into our Grad to Great alumni. 

It's been humbling to see these winners grow year on year and to learn about their journeys to the top. The talent, drive, determination and success of many of these 'Greats' is truly astounding and we know what an inspiration they are to those coming fresh into the sales industry of what can be achieved when you work hard.

Ones to Watch

In 2018, we introduced our first-ever 'Ones to Watch' category, which was a very exciting moment for us. This award is all about recognising those talented individuals who are already excelling and over-achieving just months into their new sales roles. 

We hear all the time from our clients about graduates who are going above and beyond for the company, closing spectacular deals and earning promotions quickly and we wanted to give them recognition for their hard work. 

This is how the 'Ones to Watch' category was born, and ever since, the nominations that have been pouring through are a true testament to the dedication of the many driven graduates we meet every week. Pareto placed me 2 and half years ago. To say my relationship with Pareto is career defining is an understatement.
