This is an exciting opportunity to join Finastra’s Inside Sales Talent Academy which is a structured and measurable graduate programme. The programme has been designed to enhance your professional, financial and sales skillset over the course of two years in order to prepare you for a successful customer facing role at Finastra within the financial technology industry.

Our Finastra Inside Sales Talent Academy

The Finastra Inside Sales Talent Academy is a global talent academy, which kicks off with a two week intensive bootcamp in London including new recruits from four main hubs: London, Singapore, Dubai and Lake Mary in Florida. The Academy is designed to enable each individual to unlock their potential and grow talent who can become future business leaders.

Within your first 3 months you'll undergo the CFA investment foundations programme, valuable industry training which will set you on the path to a successful career in the finance industry.

During your first year within the Academy you will undertake the role of a ‘Junior Inside Sales Rep’ concentrating on mastering the art of demand generation. As a junior inside sales rep you will be responsible for introducing and launching products/services to potential new clients as well as cross selling to existing, then creating opportunities and working with the wider sales team to develop those.

Once you've successfully completed your first year in Inside Sales you can expect to be promoted into a ‘Senior Inside Sales Rep’ position. You will then nurture the opportunities you've generated and be given extra responsibility to account manage and even close deals.

A couple of our success stories...

Felicitas graduated from the University of Bonn, Germany in 2016 with a 2:1 in German Linguistics and Political Science. She joined Finastra's Junior Inside Sales Talent Academy in January 2017. Her tasks have included working with the marketing team to organise client events and attending these as they take place, across Europe. She also helped with the global internship project, getting promoted into Senior Inside Sales after a year in the academy. She has consistently achieved her targets and continues to be given greater responsibility in her role.

Felicitas Coulibaly -

Sean graduated from the University of Leeds in 2010 with a degree in Politics. He joined Finastra's Inside Sales Graduate Talent Academy in 2012. Sean was one of the top performers in his academy, then moving into a full sales role and achieving 292% over target in year 1 and 145% in year 2. Following several promotions, he is now a Senior Account Manager for accounts with major UK banks. Sean says of his experience in the Inside Sales Academy 'Joining the Inside Sales team gave me an excellent platform to understand the business and the banking industry, as well as giving me a huge amount of exposure which has been invaluable to my success at Finastra.'

If successful in your telephone interview, we will invite you to a bespoke assessment day with Finastra.


If successful, you'll be enrolled as a Junior Inside Sales Executive on Finastra's graduate programme.


Once you've been matched, we'll follow you through your first year including providing you with our specialist training in the key skills for working directly with clients.
