This is an exciting opportunity to join Finastra’s Inside Sales Talent Academy which is a structured and measurable graduate programme. The programme has been designed to enhance your professional, financial and sales skillset over the course of two years in order to prepare you for a successful customer facing role at Finastra within the financial technology industry.

Our Finastra Inside Sales Talent Academy

The Finastra Inside Sales Talent Academy is a global talent academy, which kicks off with a two week intensive bootcamp in London including new recruits from four main hubs: London, Singapore, Dubai and Lake Mary in Florida. The Academy is designed to enable each individual to unlock their potential and grow talent who can become future business leaders.

Within your first 3 months you'll undergo the CFA investment foundations programme, valuable industry training which will set you on the path to a successful career in the finance industry.

During your first year within the Academy you will undertake the role of a ‘Junior Inside Sales Rep’ concentrating on mastering the art of demand generation. As a junior inside sales rep you will be responsible for introducing and launching products/services to potential new clients as well as cross selling to existing, then creating opportunities and working with the wider sales team to develop those.

Once you've successfully completed your first year in Inside Sales you can expect to be promoted into a ‘Senior Inside Sales Rep’ position. You will then nurture the opportunities you've generated and be given extra responsibility to account manage and even close deals.

Finastra's UK headquarters is situated in Paddington, at the heart of London.
