Meet Bryn Thompson, Sales Director of Managed Services for Pareto.
Bryn has over 30 years experience in sales and leadership, and is currently Sales Director
for Pareto Managed Services with overall responsibility for achieving the company training
sales target. Having led a high performance team at Pareto for the past four years, Bryn
combines his primary responsibility for sales with the delivery of consultative training in
the UK and abroad, including facilitating a conference in New York every year for the past
5 years on behalf of financial advisory firm, Duff and Phelps. Bryn also has extensive
experience in running sales assessment centres for clients across a vast range of industry
sectors, with a highly focused approach to driving long term performance improvement,
ensuring that results are both measurable and sustainable.
