Building on their continuing success we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to take the Company to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products/services effectively to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in selling information services into the power, oil & gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of [industry/niche] and the ability to communicate effectively about our products/services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
