This year, our Greats have accomplished many impressive feats; from becoming the MDs and CEOs of global businesses to establishing their own multi-million pound companies. We are so proud to have been there at the very start of their sales journeys and to be able to see how far they have taken their careers.
I’ve had the chance to work in three of the most exciting cities in the world, London, New York and Sydney. Pareto gave me the tools and the training to learn what really makes me ‘tick’ and how to succeed in the world of business.
I came from a Pareto assessment day at 21 years old and by 25 was a UK Sales Director growing a team from 16 to 65 people. I believe Pareto’s training gives you such an advantage and we now use Pareto to bring graduates into the business for the simple season of the impact it had on my career.
Wow, I have so much thanks to give to Pareto. They singlehandedly introduced me into this industry and into a world class organisation.
Pareto placed me in a role 8 years ago with a company that understand how to hire (and grow) graduate talent, that companies need to work with, and invest in, Graduates for them to ultimately be successful.
The training and development I had from Pareto was something that was really pivotal in my career and it’s been great to be able to give back and support those I’ve hired through their own career journeys.
Pareto’s impact on my career has been incredible. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today had I not gone on that assessment day 10 years ago.
It’s incredibly important in anything you do in life to make a good first step, and that’s what Pareto helped me to do. Their approach not only built my confidence but showed me I had what it takes to be successful. Once you are on a good path it is down to you to keep on moving, but I will always be grateful for Pareto’s help in getting me there.
Pareto was instrumental in being the launch pad for my career. I’ve been able to take the broadband market share from 0% when I joined as a fresh graduate right through to 62% market share.
My greatest achievement has been setting up my own company. Pareto gave me exposure to different industries and their training allowed me to network. The ongoing relationship with Pareto has been very beneficial as a sounding board throughout my career.
I’m proud to have made a business that started with just me and my laptop in Starbucks to now running 2 units spanning 25,000 square foot. Pareto helped me catapult my company and has had an impact all across my business. I now create a positive work environment for my staff and pass the training I learned onto them.
We placed Antony as a graduate back in 2001, and since then he has gone on to hold positions such as Head of Partner Sales at TalkTalk business and is now the Director of Wholesale for Wavenet - a position he has held for the last 3 years.
Pareto placed me 14 years ago with the NCC Group. I have travelled to places I could only ever dream of seeing to meet and work with our global client base for some of the largest corporates in the world. I never thought I would go into sales when leaving university, but now, I wouldn’t consider anything else.
