A typical week might look like;

This contract position is a fantastic route for individuals looking to develop their project management career by working across a variety of crucial IT projects, including infrastructure, software implementations, and business change initiatives. The role reports to a Project Manager/Programme Lead/Senior Project Manager.Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination. Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and task trackers. Assist in the production and ongoing management of high-quality documentation, including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, and Project Schedules. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes. Monitor and track project deliverables and deadlines. Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored in accordance with DMO standards. Maintain financial records of all projects and produce monthly financial reports (where applicable). Facilitate communication and information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in ensuring compliance with project governance and processes.
