The Role: Key Account Manager (Field Sales)
This Key Account Manager role is crucial to our growth, focusing on identifying and qualifying potential leads and establishing the first personal contact with customers. You will guide them from initial interest to real sales opportunities, thus laying the foundation for a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities by conducting engaging calls with potential new customers and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
* Conduct regular on-site customer visits and prepare and deliver outstanding sales presentations.
* Qualify prospects and build long-lasting relationships through phone and other channels.
* Preparation of offers and contracts.
* Develop new markets for our high-quality workwear products and provide comprehensive support to long-standing existing customers.
* Conduct market analyses and research target customers to develop targeted sales strategies.
* Utilize our CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive experience is ideal) to document all relevant data and ensure that information is available for further processing by the sales team.
* Independently manage smaller follow-up campaigns and help raise awareness among potential customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive Salary: €40,000 base salary.
* OTE: €10,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) with competitive uncapped OTE potential.

What We Are Looking For (About You)
We are looking for a winner, someone who is highly competitive and a team player.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
* Possession of a Class B driver's licence.
* Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree.
* Initial knowledge or experience in B2B sales.
* Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively at all levels within an organization.
* A people person with strong relationship skills, high levels of empathy and patience, and an excellent listener.
* Highly self-motivated and you will drive solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
* Coachability - willing to take and implement constructive feedback.
