The Opportunity

  • Competitive Package: Enjoy a £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience) with OTE taking your total package up to £50,000 - £60,000.
  • Central Location: Be based in our well-located Central London office. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements may be available after initial training. For example, some central London roles offer hybrid working, such as requiring 2 days a week in the office or allowing Wednesdays and Fridays from home.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, helping to dramatically increase our footprint.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound outreach using a multi-channel approach-including phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media-to identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, utilising active listening skills to understand customer needs and business problems. Qualify leads effectively based on predefined criteria.
  • Opportunity Creation: Schedule qualified introductory meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for Account Executives or the senior Sales team.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Develop and execute outbound strategies and collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to align messaging and maximise business wins.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track and accurately record all prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system
