The Role: Business Development Representative (German Speaking):

Due to demand for our product outpacing the capacity of our sales team, we need to grow accordingly. Your role is crucial to our expansion and is based in London:

  • Dramatically increase our footprint beyond the existing half-million organisations that already use our product.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using established qualification criteria.
  • Pitch the company's vision and help our diverse customer base realise deep value from the platform.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify high-potential growth areas and get them onto the platform.
  • Utilise active listening skills to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our platform can solve their business problems.
  • Identify new, strategic opportunities throughout the entire customer journey, and ideate, test, and optimise best practices to unlock them.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide the best possible first impressions and content for new customers.
  • Contribute to the scaling of the sales organisation through operational innovation.

Essential Requirements:

The ability to communicate in both German and English is crucial for this role, as successful candidates in similar sales roles require strong bi-lingual skills.

  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory. You must be able to demonstrate business fluent English alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German.
