The Role: Sales Development Representative (DACH)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an instrumental role focused on generating and qualifying new leads to support sales pipeline growth across the German-speaking (DACH) market. This position is pivotal to identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and serving as the initial ambassador for the company in this key region.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Development Representative, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting targeted outbound outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Researching and segmenting prospects based on industry and product needs.
  • Engaging prospects in meaningful, consultative conversations to understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Scheduling qualified introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes within the CRM system
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategies to maximise business opportunities.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who is driven and results-focused. Bilingual fluency is essential for success in covering the DACH market:

  • Full business fluency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with customers confidently over the phone.
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in technology and its application in a B2B context.

The Package:

  • Basic salary of €33,000.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) taking the total package up to €44,500.
  • A €1k relocation package and flights to Barcelona paid for
