Das Unternehmen mit Standorten in ganz Europa ist seit fast 50 Jahren tätig und startet nun in eine neue, spannende Wachstumsphase mit der Expansion in ganz Europa, insbesondere in der DACH-Region! Diese Region wird von Ihrem Büro in Barcelona aus betreut.

Rollenübersicht: Sie spielen eine entscheidende Rolle beim Unternehmenswachstum, indem Sie Kundenbeziehungen pflegen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu liefern und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Diese Position erfordert eine proaktive, ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen und einer Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb.

Wichtige Aufgaben:

Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden, um Vertragsverlängerungen zu verwalten und sicherzustellen, dass deren Bedürfnisse erfüllt und übertroffen werden

Identifizierung und Verfolgung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zur Erweiterung des Kundenstamms mit attraktiven Leads

Erstellung und Durchführung überzeugender, auf die Kundenbedürfnisse zugeschnittener Verkaufspräsentationen und Angebote

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um eine reibungslose Bereitstellung von Produkten/Dienstleistungen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu gewährleisten

Erreichen und Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen und Leistungskennzahlen

Informiert über Branchentrends, Marktbedingungen und Wettbewerber, um strategische Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Problemlösungen zeitnah und effektiv

Präzise Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen, Verkaufsaktivitäten und Prognosen mithilfe von CRM-Software

Qualifikationen:

Zweisprachige Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten

Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.

Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten.
