Sales Development Representative (Fluent German speakers)

Our client is a rapidly scaling global EdTech platform, committed to creating life-changing learning experiences and empowering teams worldwide. Trusted by over 90,000 tutors who have delivered more than 20 million lessons, they are transforming corporate language learning with solutions that unlock clearer communication and real business impact.

They're now looking for a number of German speaking candidates to act as initial ambassadors for their B2B solutions. You will open doors, create new conversations, and help businesses discover how language learning can drive their success. This role is the ground floor for an ambitious career, with clear progression paths to Account Executive or Post Sales roles.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: €33,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €44,500 total package (€11,500 variable component)
  • Hybrid Working Model: Enjoy a hybrid working model (Tues-Thurs in office - amazing office setup).
  • Flexible Working: 40 working days per year to work remotely (anywhere in the world).

Key Responsibilities:

As an SDR, you will be instrumental in generating qualified leads and building the top of the sales funnel:

  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential prospects via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, emails, video outreach, and cold calls, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Qualification: Conduct consultative conversations to qualify prospects using criteria such as BANT, understanding their business needs and problems.
  • Pipeline Generation: Strategically research companies, identify key contacts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and build the sales funnel through outbound campaigns.
  • Scheduling: Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and initial meetings for Account Executives, following the company's sales playbook.
  • Collaboration & Insight: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and provide valuable insights and feedback to refine outreach strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Quickly become a product expert on our solutions and understand our competitive position.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and track lead activity in the CRM system and use insights to improve your outreach strategy.
