The Role

They're looking for a Business Development Manager/Senior Sales Manager to join their Business Development team to be part of strategic growth in the financial services sector by increasing sales and profit margins, developing new marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth through new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Heads of Strategy, and Transformation Leaders in banking, investment management, and insurance firms.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge and market insights, especially in areas like AI, Digital Transformation, and business architecture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized consulting solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
